Terms & Conditions

Please read these Terms & Conditions carefully before purchasing or engaging with any service offered by Aga Sandhu trading as The A.G.A. Method ("we", "us", "our"). By purchasing or participating in any programme, you agree to these terms in full.

1. About Us

The A.G.A. Method is operated by Aga Sandhu, a transformational life coach based in the United Kingdom. Website: www.agasandhu.com. Contact: [email protected]

2. Services

We offer a range of transformational coaching programmes and experiences, including but not limited to:

• Individual coaching sessions and containers (1:1)
• Group programmes and memberships
• Immersion days and retreats
• Digital programmes and resources

Full descriptions of each programme are available on our website. We reserve the right to modify programme content, delivery format, or schedule where reasonably necessary.

3. Booking & Payment

All prices are listed in British Pounds (GBP) and are inclusive of VAT where applicable. Payment is due at the time of booking unless a payment plan has been agreed in writing. We use Stripe as our secure payment processor. By making payment, you confirm you are authorised to use the payment method provided.

4. Cancellation & Refund Policy

1:1 Sessions: Cancellations made with more than 48 hours notice may be rescheduled. Cancellations within 48 hours are non-refundable. No-shows are forfeited.

Programmes & Containers: Once a programme has commenced, payments are non-refundable. If you are unable to continue for exceptional reasons, please contact us and we will consider your situation with care.

Digital Products: Due to the nature of digital content, all sales are final once access has been granted.

Events & Retreats: Cancellation terms specific to each event will be provided at the time of booking.

Your statutory rights under UK consumer law are not affected by these terms.

5. Payment Plans

Where a payment plan is offered, you commit to all instalments in full. Failure to complete an agreed payment plan may result in suspension of access to the programme. We reserve the right to pursue outstanding payments.

6. Client Responsibilities

To get the most from our work together, you agree to:

• Engage honestly and openly in sessions and programme content
• Take responsibility for your own actions and decisions
• Maintain confidentiality of any group programme content and other participants' sharing
• Respect the intellectual property of The A.G.A. Method

7. Intellectual Property

All programme content, materials, frameworks, and resources provided by The A.G.A. Method remain our intellectual property. You may not reproduce, distribute, or share any materials without our prior written consent.

8. Confidentiality

We treat all personal information shared within our coaching relationship as strictly confidential. Exceptions apply only where required by law or where there is a risk of serious harm to yourself or others.

9. Limitation of Liability

Our coaching services are not a substitute for professional medical, psychological, legal, or financial advice. We are not liable for any decisions you make as a result of our work together. Our total liability to you shall not exceed the amount you have paid for the specific programme in question.

10. Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.

11. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms & Conditions from time to time. Continued use of our services after changes have been posted constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
